Original orange cloth over boards with black lettering. Unclipped pictorial dustjacket features colour photo of a Thomas Nisbet (a Saint John, New Brunswick furniture maker) maple sewing and writing table, with orange and yellow lettering. Laid in is a personal letter from Barbara Dobson to the original owner of the book, and some later correspondence regarding a furniture sale. This book would make a lovely gift for anyone interested in Canadian antique furniture. Large, heavy book - expect a request for extra postage and insurance. 320 pp. with Bibliography. .
