Illustrated with 48 superb full page colour plates of cakes and black and white text illustrations and with numerous advertisements at the rear of the book. Patterned end-papers. Soft spine tips and foxing to the page block edges but with the interior really clean (especially the coloured plates). Boards exceptionally bright and un-faded. Firm hinges. No inscriptions or book-plates. Overall a most attractive VG++ copy and VERY SCARCE IN THIS CONDITION.
