Reprint of the (uncommon and very expensive) 1957 Arkham House poetry collection: with a new introduction by Glenn Lord and some minor textual changes to some of the poems. Note: there were two dustjackets issued for this title (no priority, as far as I am aware?), with different illustrations, one a dragon (?) in full colour (as is this copy) and the other (more common) simply a black and white image of skulls. Fine copy in a fine (colour dragon) dustjacket.

This edition comes with a new introduction by Glenn Lord, a rearranging of the order of poems and one additional poem, "A Crown for a King". The volume contains all the major poems from Weird Tales Magazine as well as verse from obscure publications such as The Phantograph, Fanciful Tales and Oriental Stories. Illustrated and signed by Keiko nelson, this being copy #102 of 206 copies. Laid in is a facsimile maniscript poem "The Song of Yar Ali Kahn". A fine copy with black leather boards with a fine DJ in brodart and slipcase. ; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 110 pages; Signed by Illustrator .

Rear endpaper reproduces the Frank Utpatel's line drawing for the original 1957 Arkham House hardcover edition. Unclipped dustjacket is in Fine condition, with no faults.Of two variant dust jackets I've seen noted, this is the multi-color one with the dragon design to the front panel.
