Derby, England: Peregrine Publishing, University of Derby, 2018. First Edition. Hardcover. Near fine. An uncommon edition of this fable, first published in ebook form in 2013, and then in hardcover in 2018. The regular publishers were Random House in the US and Bloomsbury in the UK. This edition, limited to 750 numbered copies, was produced as a master's-level student project at the University of Derby, in England. It includes illustrations by Megan Minard and Hollyanne Schnieden. The final pages of the book include the names and photographs of those who worked on the project. This appears to be the true first edition of the book. The US edition was published on November 13, 2018, and the UK edition two days later. This book was advertised for sale by the University of Derby on August 8, 2018. First edition. Top of spine slightly dented, else a fine copy in illustrated boards (no dust jacket, as issued). This is copy 264 of 750, numbered in red ink on the front free endpaper.
