np: Sumbooks, 1964.. Pamphlet. First edition. Presentation copy inscribed to Duncan's close friends, Ham and Mary Tyler. Beneath the printed dedication, as if a continuation of it, Duncan has written: "and for Ham and Mary too have fun. Robert." A nice association. Very near fine.
