When NY RAT staffer Jane Alpert went underground with Sam Melville following a bomb incident, the RAT lost its office space. This issue of EVO gives over several pages to RAT material, including Jeff Shero's defense of Alpert. Also includes reports on peace march in Wash. DC, full page comix by Gilbert Shelton and Spain and page of mock ads by Yossarian (Alan Shenker), plus usual columnists and ads.
