Dust jacket somewhat toned by age, with slight loss at head of spine and corners, minor loss along front flap fold and lower spine panel, now in archival mylar. [vi],166 pp., illus. w/ 181 color, b&w plates. Two pages (162-63) show an area of paper adhesion along lower fore-edge, slightly affecting the illustrations, interior otherwise fully intact. No. 817 of an edition limited to 2,000 copies. New Edition; originally issued in 1942. Text in French. Rather scarce in jacket..
