London: Chatto & Windus, 1947. Cloth . Good/No Jacket. {5' x 7 & 1/2'} 12mo. Dustjacket is missing. Salmon colored cloth covered boards with gold lettering along spine, that are starting to fade, along with sunned spine. Boards are well worn at edges top & bottom, especially top & bottom of spine where there is an eighth inch of chipping/tears. The spine is starting to lean, and there is some give to binding. Top textblock edge tinted dark grey made muddy with dust staining. Corners are bending. Two different old owners of this book have written their names on front pastedown and the FFEP. There is marginal markings and side notes in pencil scattered here and there through text. [208 pages]
