Watts & Co., 1941. Hardcover. Good. 1941. First Edition Thus. 116 pages. No dust jacket. Paper covered boards. Bright and clean pages with light tanning to text block edges. Binding is firm throughout with minor thumb-marking. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper and half title page. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Mild sunning to spine, which has mild crushing and wear to ends. Moderate water stains to boards. Book has forward lean. Boards are notably warped.

London: Watts & Co, 1941. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. A Selection of Essays". From "Thinker's Library" - Nos 84 - their first edition and printing. In very good tan cloth boards, with black titles and crouching person to front. The boards are a little loose due to slight hinge damage, flat and quite clean; spine ends and corners bumped. End papers are not tanned or marked; with pencil notes to rear free end paper. Tanned cut edges. The text block is in very good minus condition, with tight, straight pages; not tanned or foxed. Pink underlining on page 103 and on a few other pages. No dedications etc. Without jacket.
