The books are bound in green cloth and labeled with a paste down on the spine. Top page edges are gilt. Softcover, signed by both Zenji Abe who was a Lieutenant Commander in the Imperial Japanese Navy as well as his daughter Naomi Shin, very minor wear with very light rippling to top corner of front and back cover (does not affect interior), binding tight and pages bright, a very nice copy and great piece of WWII history.

A.S. Barnes, 1926. Hardcover. Very good. Hardcover, very good condition with minor edge wear at cornners and top/bottom of the spine. No dust jacket present, bound in brown pebbled cloth with decorative football graphic inset on he front cover. Both hinges are tight and intact, clean, with no previous owner names of marks. Presumably a first edition, with the same date (1926) present on both the copyrite and title pages. Illustrated with many B&W photos detailing conditioning exercises from the early 1900's. 48pp. A very nice copy.
