Includes a Chronology, Notes and a Bibliography, an Index of Illustrations and a General Index. Book is Very Good: square and firmly bound, with minor wear, a mild corner bump, a gift inscription on the ffep, and the previous owner's red ink stamp on the title page plus its ghost on the facing page. The price-clipped dust jacket is rubbed and worn, but still Good.
