White hardcover, 2nd printing of the collector's edition, in dustjacket. A good plus copy with scuffing and light soil to the white covers and shelfwear and bending at the spine tips. Interior is clean, bright and unmarked. Sturdy binding, lightly read. The gold jacket is very good with matching wear at the tips of the spine panel, bright and crisp. 444pp., plus additional content at rear, not available in the regular edition - a note from the author, short stories that inspired the work, and a sneak preview of On the Come Up. The story of Starr, the murder of her friend Khalil during a police stop, and her activism and struggle to try to find justice.
