Folio; in tan linen boards, with titling and decoration in gilt and in red; [12], 13-120 pages with illustrations in color, including a gatefold at the rear of the book; with a slipcase which has a few marks; while one edge of the slipcase is cracked, it is all still holding well, with no real separation; the book is housed the publisher's red slipcase, with a pastedown label to the spine. Good binding.

Quarto (10" x 7 1/8")' in the publisher's red cloth binding with titling in gilt; [viii], [1], 2-559 including the Index; photographic illustrations throughout, including the endpapers; with slight musty odor, and light and scattered foxing to the front and the back of the book; there is a previous owner bookplate on the verso of the front endpaper, but no other marks of any kind in the book.~~A comprehensive county history issued for the bicentennial.~. Very Good binding.

Puerto Rico: Servicio de Extension Agricola, 1950. Large 8vo.; stapled pamphlet with coated covers printed in red and black with "Aromas del Terruso" by Virgilio Davito printed in red (Colaboracion para el Festival de Navidad de 1950) and cartoon-like characters of two fellows wearing large sombreros which one strums a guitar and the other turn a pig on a spit; 8 pages with recipes for Pasteles. Arroz con Dulce Jibaro, and the like; the double spread in the center is the sumptuous "Menu Para Celebrar Los Reyes".~~Unsurprisingly we fine no institutional holding of this pamphlet of Puerto Rican Christmas recipes.~~.

Approximately 8 1/2 x 14" letterhead on foolscap with text and image in green; the image showing Linden Row; Linden Corner was at First and Franklin "in historic Linden Row"; The five-digit phone number as 7-4737. The shop advertised itself as "In the American Tradition"; some discoloration at the top righthand corner.~~An interesting relic of a long-forgotten member of the book trade in Richmond.~.

Very Good binding. 8vo.; in olive green t-cloth with the boards embossed with an overall pattern, and an elaborate gilt design from a die cut by John Feely; [3], iv-xxiv, [3], 28-264, [11] pages of publisher's ads, [3] pages.~~This "song ‘that's-by-no-author" is a comic history of the United States written as a parody of Longellow's Hiawatha. (BAL 20092). Very Good binding.

Paris, France: G. San Lazzaro, 1939. Folio; magazine; 56 pages, with black and white ilustrations [12 plates; 8 plates]; there is surface loss from glue residue at the margin of two of the black and white photographic illustrations.

New York: Arno Press, 1973. Hard Cover. Near Fine binding. Quarto; in publisher's silver cloth binding with titling and decoration in blue; xi, 106 pages, followed by [4] pages listing the books in the Literature of Photography Series; with many pages of black and white photographs; there are no marks of any kind in the book. Near Fine binding.

New York: Cassell Publishing Company, 1890. Pictorial Boards. Very Good binding. A fragile late 19th century children's books in pictorial boards. There is some cracking to the spine, but it is essentially all present. The boards are bright, with the usual corner wear and rubbing to the extremities. Front hinge has been reinforced with japanese tissue. Glue residue (from what we're not sure) on the pastedowns, and a child's name on the endpaper, dated in 1897. Mylar has been cut to protect the binding. Very Good binding.

Very Good binding. 8vo.; stapled pamphlet in gray printed cardstock covers; 56 pages; with old stain from scotch tape to the front cover.~~Dedicated by Tyler to "The Confederate Veterans of the Peninsula". With a chapter on Hampton during the Revolutionary War and a brief report on the Civil War in Hampton. (Haynes 18914). Very Good binding.
