Exterior shows minor soiling and edge bumps as well as spotting to the leather. Decorative marbled end pages and front and rear, both pastedowns have a few spots of fraying but are still attractive. Second end page shows the original owner being Ellis A. Franklin of Hyde Park. No other handwriting found in book. Paper is mildly toned due to age and scattered foxing is present. Binding is tight. All three page exterior edges are marbled as well. A nice quality binding.
