Bound in full red morocco titled in gilt with gilt roulettes on the spine and with floral gilt decorations within a triple-ruled gilt frame on the covers. All edges are gilt. The covers are rubbed and a bit scuffed. [iv] & 538 pages, illustrated with 2 folding decorative seating charts (one for each house of the legislature). The folding charts are torn, but complete. The text block is cracked opposite the title page and at page 16.
