The covers are the consistancy of construction paper and have some fading along the spine and the top of the rear cover, the title has faded on the front cover and there is spotting on the cover. 75 pages, with a surprising amount of early photos, notes, list of memorial items donated by parishsioners, list of orgainizations associated with the church, list of rectors.. First front free endpaper is stamped Christ Church School, and it appeaars something was glued to edge of page. The pages are on higher quality paper, and has no writing, marking or foxing.
