David McKay, Philadelphia 7 3/4" X 5 3/8" in yellow cloth with full front cover pastedown showing Gulliver in Lilliput wearing a red coat. Moderately soiled, but binding is solid and pages are nice and clean: about VERY GOOD MINUS. Undated, but probably from a bit before the turn of the century. 50 woodcut illustrations PLUS 10 full-color plates. The artist(s?) are not named. The book begins with a 58pp biography of Swift. 446pp. (Scarce). Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket.

Privately Printed for the Navarre Society, London, N/D (20's?) 8 5/8 X 5 3/4"in bright green cloth. Nifty illustrations by Philip Hagreen. Jacket is smudged and lightly soiled, chipped around edges, darkened all along spine about G minus. Book: Excellent inside and out (VG).. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good.

Aluminum Collector's Books, Weatherford Texas, 1983. 9.125" X 6.125" in silver-colored heavy paper covers. I guess these covers are supposed to look like aluminum, but they also scuff easily and look like they're tarnished. Wear along spine edges also; Erasures top of title page. Brown cloth endpapers, ribbon bookmark bound in, all edges gilt. This book is clean, tight (probably unread), and unmarked. The only fault I can find with this book is that the spine has faded several shades lighter than the covers, although the gilding is still bright and completely legible. There are 2 numbers written in pencil on the back of the last page.
