A Spanish-language account of time among the Otomi of the Valle del Mezquital, Estado de Hidalgo. Not a formal ethnography, but rather a first-person account by Elisa Osorio Bolio de Saldivar who, influenced by musicologist Vicente Mendoza, composer Carlos Chavez, and others, went there to study Otomi music.
