There is a cluster of eight leaves that show a rough edge tear, though remaining within the margin. There are a couple of light scuffs on top cover. Dust jacket shows numerous tears, mostly over spine. Jacket remains bright and fairly clean, and is held together nicely in a mylar sleeve. Denver: The Williamson-Haffner Engraving Company Copyright is 1907. Two leaves (four pages) followed by 24 black paper leaves with color illustration tipped onto recto only. In illustrated blue paper covers, with paste on color illustration. Covers are worn around edges and illustrations shows rubbing, scuffs, and creases. The two leaves of text are detached and show wear on edges. All text is clear. The tipped on illustration are generally good, however, the first shows smudges, and a couple of others show light creases. A few of the black paper leaves show corner creases not affecting the images. . Soft Cover. Fair/No Dust Jacket. oblong 8vo.

Hinges (internal) are broke, though volume remains fairly tight. Scattered light smudges and occasional wear to contents. Scattered mostly light foxing. Good working/binding copy.

Contents include nine full page illustrations of regions in Minnesota and Dakota. There is an open tear with about a half inch of paper lose to upper outside corner of front cover. Covers are mildly soiled, and there are very mild stains affecting the first four leaves. Some creases. Copy remain tight and is generally clean and intact.
