Decorative paper boards with matching endpapers and edges. Occasional light shelfwear to boards. Ocassional light scuffing to leather. Very minimal loss of gilt to two or three spines. Some corners lightly blunted, lightly bumped, in some cases rubbed to boards. Some tiny chips to crown of spine of vol 2 of Ferdinand and Isabella. Text clean and bright. Overall, a beautiful set..
