Tissue-protected frontis illustration. Vol 4 has fold-out map at end. Condition of books is VERY GOOD+ ; leather and gilt on spines very clean and bright, some very slight wear, very faint cracking. Some wear to paper boards. Tops of text block darkened with age. Foxing sporadic throughout text. Large David B. Ogden bookplate on front paste down. Wear to and very small tears to corners. Very tight Vol 1 – slight damage to raised bars on spine, wear to front board.Vol 3 – tiny damage to one raised band of spine.

A. -J. Ducollet. Good. 1838. Hardcover. Fifth edition, in French. Ex-library, with spine numbers and checkout pastedowns. Half-leather binding, with red cloth over boards and marbled endpages. Bindings on all six volumes are solid. Pages are unmarked but with some foxing throughout. Volume I has some water-stains on fore-edge for last 20% of pages. Foldout maps are all appear complete, although a little wrinkled. Pastedown front endpages all have some damage, as though a sticker has been removed. Covers all have a little wear to edges and scuffing to cloth. Ridged spines are slightly darker, but gilt titles and designs all clear. No dustjackets at issue. .
