Unedited diary of a young girl living in Germany at the turn of the century, from ages 11 through 14, first published in 1919. Preface by Sigmund Freud in which he cites the chronicle’s uniqueness in being able to so clearly show the inner workings of a young female during the years of puberal development. Translated from the German by Eden and Cedar Paul. Very Good, clean, crisp and sharp, in a Good dust jacket which has chipping along the upper edge of the front panel, a 2 3/4" clipped-out square in the blank area of the lower half of the front flap, and a 3/4" chip at the bottom of the spine panel. No ownership signatures or any other markings of any kind.
