Vancouver: Mitchell Press. Very Good in Good+ dust jacket. 1972. Hardcover. 162, [10] p. 24 cm. Sound and square binding in brown, paper-covered boards. Minor wear to corners and spine ends. Top edge of text block is a bit dusty. Bottom edge has a tiny remainder mark. Inside gutters have darkened somewhat. Otherwise the inside pages are clean and unmarked. Dustjacket has heavy edgewear, including tiny chips, creases, and tears. Rubbed overall, and foxed on rear panel. The story of pioneer settlers who travelled from the western U.S. to British Columbia in search of gold and settled as farmers and salmon canners, in what is now Ladner. .
