This is a charming set of the "BEAUTIES OF SHAKESPEARE" by the Rev. William Dodd. Complete set in two volumes. Circa 1890's (there is no date of publication stated); Thomas Y. Crowell & Company; New York. Each volume contains a frontispiece illustration with a tissue guard. Nicely bound with gilt lettering and decorations on the covers and spines, gilt top page edges, and ribbon page markers.
