This first trade edition was limited to 2,000 copies. Book is very scarce in dust jacket. Head and tail overhang of spine slightly bent. All four corners have been slightly bumped. Pages have some toning. Top edge of papers have been slightly dented in. Dust jacket has several small chips missing all around the edges along with some rubbing in the same areas.
