The head and heel of the spine are worn through the paper covering as are the tips of the boards. The front hinge is starting and there is a 1" water stain on the paper label on the front board. Without a dust jacket, presumably as issued. 29 pages of text with a forward by General Leonard Wood. The author undertakes an examination of the facts surrounding death of Colonel Ephraim Williams at the battle called "The Bloody Morning Scout" near Fort William Henry in 1755 at the southern end of Lake George in what is now New York.
