Previous owner has placed some small discrete checkmarks nest to some works. Blue ink and pencil checks... averaging about 1 every 10 pages or so. Binding is tight and square. Previous owner (Hope and Norman Hope... a charitable foundation based in NY) book plate pasted to front free endpaper.
