Square and tight with little or no wear save a gentle bump to the bottom front tip. Some foxing on paste-downs. Light water stain to the top corner of the first and last few pages but fairly innocuous. Attractive unclipped dust-jacket, (8s. 6d. net) has toning to edges and spine. Scattered spotting. No creases, chipping or tears. A decent collectable copy at a great price.
