Good condition Hardback filled with photos on every page of oscar winning film stars from 1927 to 1977, with dust jacket. An important issue with a special full page bound-in presentation plate presented to wealthy businessman Eugene Victor Klein by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Klien, now-deceased, was former chairman of National General Corporation, owner of the San Diego Chargers football team, and a major player in horse racing, selling his large horse stables to Jenny Craig of Weight Watchers. His estate donated this book to his local library. This ex library book has a bar sticker on free front end page. Unpaginated. DJ shows wear and tear. An important issue with a special page bound-in and signed and presented to a husband and wife whos names are written in ink by Jim Roberts: "With Warm Regards Jim Roberts."
