London: Victor Gollancz Ltd, 1967. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Good+. First British Edition. Maroon cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine. Pages clean. Dust jacket has light chipping at corners; small chip and tear at foot of front panel; minor smudge on front panel; not price clipped (30/- net). DJ in clear archival sleeve. 374 pp. 8 x 5.5 inches.
