Originally published 1704. Original binding. Full brown LEATHER. Five horizontal raised bands to spine. Gilt lettering ""Henry on the Sacraments"" to second insert. The text uses the old descending ""s"" at the beginning or in the middle of words. The binding is secure and fairly tight. Leather is moderately scuffed. Corners are worn through. Spine has light cracking. There is a 3/4"" chip to the leather on the rear cover. Small puncture to front cover. The text is remarkably clean except for a few dark age-spots. Pages are generally toning through age. Some corners are dog-eared. Original owner's name written on the title page.
