Unclipped jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears, and creasing. Loss to head of spine. Heavy tanning to spine. Light rubbing and marking all over.

London: The Folio Society, 1955. Hardcover in very good condition with unclipped dust jacket in good condition. Presented in slipcase. Jacket is tanned and edgeworn with 6cm tears to spine ends and scuffs to front upper edge. Blue cloth boards have leather tab with gilt printing at spine; slight bumps to spine head and to rear upper leading corner. Gift inscription penned to FEP and complimentary slip from AA laid-in. Book is clean and sound, pages unmarked and spine tight. Slipcase has a few faint marks. AD. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Used.
