US: Samuel Weiser Inc, 1973. Hardback. Very Good +/Very Good +. Black paper-covered boards with gilt-stamped particulars and publisher's emblem to spine. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block is lightly foxed with light shelf wear. Boards are clean and bright with bumping to corners and ends of spine. Dust jacket is clean with light rubbing and creasing to edges, corners and ends of spine; black pen mark to lower edge of rear cover. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
