New York: The Century Co, 1900. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Royal 8vo. [16], 1-249, [1] pp. Navy publisher's cloth with gilt lettering on the boards and spine, a gilt decoration with red and blue on both boards, a white, orange, navy, and gold decoration on the spine; top edge gilt. Light cream coated endpapers and pastedowns. Leaves printed in red and black. With a frontispiece, and black and white and in-text and full-page illustrations by André Castaigne. Beautifully illustrated, a lovely remembrance of Paris at the turn of the century. Minor wear to the boards' edges, one gathering in the beginning of the pageblock attached by only one cord.
