Book club edition with blue boards and black titling to the spine. Illustrated in b&w. Bibliography. Index. Very Good: square, firmly bound, no markings. Impressions and faint pale-brown tape ghosts to endpapers from a bulky jacket cover now removed. Dust jacket has edge wear and a very faint stain at the heel. Minor handling and storage wear. A handsome copy.

You may also return any item within those same 30 days for any reason you like, and upon receipt we will refund the purchase price but in these cases not the original or return shipping.
Cost of shipping is based on a standard size and weight. If the book you order is bigger or heavier, we might contact you about additional shipping charges which you may choose to accept or decline. Destination also makes a difference. For example, US rates apply to the lower 48 only; additional charges might apply for other locations. If you decline the revised shipping charge, the order will be cancelled. Shipping times indicated are estimates only. Local taxes, duties and import fees not included. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
