Original gilt lettered blue cloth with cipher stamped in gilt on upper board, top edge blue (boards lightly marked - otherwise VG in protective cover), no dustwrapper. Pp. xxiii + 570, illus with b&w plates (page edges and endpapers a little spotted; no inscriptions).
