The Fourth Edition, complete in three volumes. 8vo. xlviii, 336; 474; 432 plus 36-page Index (Volume 1 includes a 21-page "Catalogue of Spanish Books and Manuscripts"). Illustrated with four copper engraved folding maps and one folding plate. Original polished calf, red calf spine labels, some rubbing and a few small scrapes. Front hinge of Volume 1 cracked but holding, other hinges starting but still sound. Minor chips at extremities of spines. Outer leaves browned at edges (from underlying glue used on boards). Armorial bookplates on front pastedowns. A nice set.
