Covers lightly scuffed/soiled, a brief notation in pencil on front cover, light wear at spine ends, top corner very lightly creased. The March, 1937 meeting was themed "Electric Night" so the guest speaker for the evening, a Mr. Bailey of the Transportation Department of the General Electric Company, spoke on electricity in railroading in his speech titled "Electricity – Railroads' Economic Aid ".
