Front cover has a one inch area near bottom and an area at outside side edge that has been faded from water. Rear cover has a bit more faded spots. Spine has no faded spots but is a bit overall darkened from sun. Spine cover ends are creased. Cover corners have some bumping. Text is quite clean/tight with normal page browning.
