Jacket lightly rubbed and has a bit of edge wear. The previous owner of the book has written his name on the front free endpaper--Warren Roberts, Austin 1971. Below that is pasted a card stating "With the compliments of Southern Illinois University Press." The signature on the card looks like "Vernon Stanky." Previous owner Roberts was an authority on D.H.
