Brashian is "the owner of one shares of one hundred dollars each of the Capital Stock of The Tigers Base Ball Club transferable only on the books of the Corporation by the holder hereof in person or by Attorney upon surrender of this Certificate properly endorsed." This offering was incorporated under the laws of the State of Illinois with an authorization for the Detroit Tigers to issue Capital Stock with a net worth of $5,000.00.
