Whereas Simon Ironberg . hath requested that we would grant him take up fifty acres of land more or less on big spring near the land of Mathias Speck in Allemingle about three miles from Jacob Levan's Land & Maxatawny Township. 27 January 1747. Nicholas Scull, Surveyor-general. This is copy of completed in manuscript with a signed statement and dated 11 May, 1811 testifying that it is a copy and that the original remained in the office of the Surveyor-General. Paper seal on the upper left margin. Printed form accomplished in manuscript, 13" x 8." Old fold lines. Very good. Miller A203 or variant. Not in Evans. Not in Bristol. Based on Scull's service as Surveyor General, this form was printed between 1748 and 1761.
