True 1st edn was CAPE (UK),1965,and issued with a clear cellophane dw/dj).VG+.No owner inscrptn,no dw/dj.All corners slightly bumped with light grubbing to boards partly in fact to absence of dw/dj and being in proximity of other books. Spine/backstrip very lightly faded with minimal bumping and reciprocal creasing to same.Top edge slightly dust-soiled and darkened - as usual/ normal,fore-edge similar but to a much lesser degree.Contents clean and sound. A novel format made up from 80 of Deighton's Daily Express Cookstrips'.Of the CAPE,HB 1st edn,only 7,500 copies were printed,and now very scarce,and expensive.
