Wrapper is clean and shows very little wear. Text block is clean and unmarked. Includes one loose page, an advertisement for works by Charles Plymell, tucked into text block. Fore-edge of this loose page shows some crinkling and wear. All other pages are securely in place. Northeast Rising Sun is a small press review magazine, featuring reviews of and advertisements for poetry by a variety of authors. This issue includes reviews for work by Charles Bukowski, Ben Pleasants, and Harry Smith, amongst many others.
