The dating of the broadside can be determined by the reference to "Presidente Cardenas," i.e. Lazaro Cardenes, who served as the President of Mexico from 1934 until his death in 1940. We have been unable to locate another copy of this broadside. The socialist group UGT warns their Mexican compatriots that Franco, with the help of Hitler and Mussolini, is dominating the Spanish people, and that President Cardenas -- with the help of all conscious Mexicans -- is saving the country from foreign domination.
