This book has a letter attached to the front free end paper from Eric Taverner to Henry Williamson, the Author of "Tarka the Otter" about fishing, dated 1932. It is also signed and dated by Henry Williamson as a mark of ownership. Beige cloth covered boards with faded gilt titles on the spine and a little gilt emblem o the front. Some discoloration but remaining neat and robust. Hinge and text block tight and square. Closed page edges browned and a little spotted but internally pages are smooth and clean, abundantly illustrated with black and white photographs and further drawings and diagrams within the text. A very good tidy copy with interesting provenance. "The Lonsdale Library of Sports and Games". May incur additional postage charges overseas.
