Sprunt was was the Southern representative of the National Audubon Society. From 1924-1930 he was the curator of ornithology at the Charleston Museum and then was supervisor of Southern sanctuaries for the Audubon Society at least 5 books on birds. A fine copy in blue printed wraps with some foxing on the front cover. Inscribed by Sprunt "Presented to the Ornithologist of Jamaica ?? in appreciation of many good times!
