Vol 1 only. xlvpp; 371pp. A poor copy of this publication (1824) though the textblock is complete. 8vo. Missing front board and spine strip. The rear board is half leather with marbled paper covering and has rubbing mainly to the periphery with rounding of the corners and some loss at the edges. . End papers have creasing and tears to the corners. Several page corners have also been turned, with resultant creasing. There is a red ink stain to the tail of the latter half of the textblock - affecting up to a quarter of the page in some places. Still readable.

Marbled endpapers. Previous owners armourial book plate to all front paste-downs,with another previous owners name and date( 1846) to blank end paper. A handsome set. Pictures available.
