A considerably abridged edition of this anti-British work citing circumstances of Britain's mis-use of power on European history, the translator/editor is very pro-Irish liberation. The Pan-Germanist journalist author was on the staff of the "Deutsche Tageszeitung" during the war and a strong advocate for von Tirpitz's policy concerning submarine warfare. He wrote several other political works.
