Original grey cloth showing a creature ripping open the chest of it's victim, in red and black, with the original brown dust jacket with the same illustration on the front and a listing of other books published by the Jackson on the back including several pro-German titles. First American edition of this translation. xiii, [1], 225 pp. 1 vols. 8vo. In Dust Jacket. A considerably abridged edition of this anti-British work citing circumstances of Britain's mis-use of power on European history, the translator/editor is very pro-Irish liberation. The Pan-Germanist journalist author was on the staff of the "Deutsche Tageszeitung" during the war and a strong advocate for von Tirpitz's policy concerning submarine warfare. He wrote several other political works.
