Red cloth cover with illustration of 3 boys and a boat on front and 2 schoolboys on bottom step on slightly sunned spine. 2" split to spine back cover top edge and 1" split further down, small split to front cover/spine top. Immediate despatch from the UK.

Light shelf soil and spotting to the covers but design and gilt still bright and clear, minor edge rubbing, good hinges, generally sound text block with a couple of gatherings just a little loosened but not detached, name on reverse side of frontis engraving, pages otherwise clean and unmarked.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
